Since 2006, Philip Moore and Owen Higgs have owned Ilkley Dental Care, and in 2018, they brought their experience and patient-focused approach to Skipton by taking over Belle Vue Dental Practice. Their leadership has helped establish a high standard of care and a friendly, professional environment for all who visit.

Our ethos is focused on long-term preventative dental care, we believe that all patients should receive continuity of dental care and if seen regularly we can help to prevent dental problems that would otherwise cause damage to your oral health.

We will always explain your treatment to you in a non-technical language that you can understand and keep you updated on treatment progress step-by-step.

Our team is ably supported by a brilliant Nursing and Reception team.
Our Nursing Team is headed up by our Lead Nurses, Kerry Broadley and Sarah Battle. We have an excellent team of experienced and knowledgeable nurses who work alongside the clinicians in giving great patient care with a welcoming smile.
Nurses include: Kerry Bailey, Amy-Jade Barlow, Chloe Barrett, Kerry Bedford, Celeste Caulfield, Devon Chan, Catherine Hall, Tina Peacock, Alarna Prince and Abbie Marshall.
Our professional friendly reception team is led by Jodie Marks our Patient Care Manager with Helen Drury as Head Receptionist at our Skipton Practice and Nicky Rose-Parker as Head Receptionist at our Ilkley Practice. The reception team includes Stacey Dale, Joy Hammerton, Julie Hayton-Metcalfe, Jenny Smith and occasionally some of our nursing team, all of whom are very happy to deal with any of your queries and concerns.

A very friendly welcome (with one client actively reassuring me of quality treatment and fair charges!) led to immediate signing in. Before the new appointment, I suffered a dental emergency: they changed to an earlier time. I met Owen Higgs, one of their surgeons, who was very friendly and did a great job in just 45 minutes and at a very reasonable price. I'm happy and am encouraging my wife to follow suit.
